RUN EVENT: Bidor Half Marathon 2015

Bidor Half Marathon 2015 is my second half marathon after BJM. The journey took us around 2 hours or less from KL. Upon arrival, we check-in at local hotel and rest because it was raining in the evening so we can't do our easy run. Me and Fazlee did a HIIT workout the night before the raceday. It was mistake because we should have kept our energy for tomorrow's race(lesson learned). At first, it seems to be a simple 14km straight road but then starts the hills torture. It was crazy especially when the organizer did not supply that sufficient water station. My watch(Polar M400) stated that I was over milage and recorded a time of 3hours to complete it. Sigh! The event itself is not complete, well literary even the starting arch is not finish construction, we can see wood planks and metal bars that was not properly done.
