RUNNING TIPS : foot strike

Running is a skill, you will enjoy more of your running when you know the correct way of running.  
Some of us runs with a few foot strike method example - Heel, Mid-foot, Forefoot . For a distance runner, its preferred to apply the mid-foot strike. For a sprinter its best to use your forefoot strike while heel strike is not applicable for running. Commonly people using heel strike tend to get injury easily. Personally, I have been running with my toes since high school but constantly I got benefit of mid-foot strike landing and enjoying my long runs. Hope this helps!
