My journey

Welcome to Running Blog, basically i will be writing more about my personal running experience in Malaysia especially that i participate rather than most blog just give information about the event. Inspired by coach Edan Syah and Yuki Kawauchi who works full-time and trains in their time off with their own expenses without any sponsorship. Citizen runner!

A bit info about myself. I have been creating video games (3D game asset/environment) for few years and in the multimedia scene. Some of the game titles that i have worked on is GRID, DiRT, F1, Operation Flashpoint, Bodycount, Masquerade and many more. I am also recognize as Industry Expert in Game by the Ministry of Human Resources, Malaysia.

I have been running for few year but started competitively joining events early 2015. So here, I decided to write my own review of the places that I have been through running, training and experience during the event. I am not a professional runner, just do it for the fun of it (kampung style) and I have no sponsors. Im using Polar M400, Polar H7 heartrate sensor for training and few running gears (which constantly change). For the record my kampung is at Sungai Bakap, Penang.
